- Unplug the machine. Open the drain filter cover at the bottom-front and lay towels down.
- Unscrew the filter cap slowly, drain the water, and clear debris.
- Check the drain hose for kinks and make sure the standpipe drains freely.
- Run a Spin-only programme and listen for the pump.
