E10 means water inlet fault. The machine did not fill with water, or filled too slowly. Also shown as E11 on some models.

Safe checks, in order of likelihood

  1. Check the tap behind the machine is fully open.
  2. Clean the mesh filter in the inlet hose nut.
  3. Check the hose for kinks.
  4. Run a short programme to test.
